Thanks for your feedback. I saw that the rug you were using didn’t have a 3D component yet. Just added it so if you draw a new one into your plan you should see it in 3D.
The issue with the walls disappearing in the 3D view is more nasty. This seems to happen now and then with plans with a lot of walls and objects. We haven’t been able to fix this yet. But what you could do is make a 3D render of your plan, from the export options. Walls always show up on those.
