No, this isn’t possible.
Transparent walls are indeed rendered solid.
If you want to design a room interior and have a good view, we recommend taking a peek at our other webservice roomstyler. In the future you can import your floorplans to roomstyler and work on the styling/furnishing of rooms in more detail and get great renders from the inside.
