You can change the grid size in the project settings with the crank icon in the top right.
However: Only when you export the floor plan to print, this will make sense, in floorplanner the zoom makes the plan size dynamic and the scalebar and grid lines change dynamically. Therefor people can choose a scale for their pdf’s with a Plus or Pro account. 1:50 1:100 1:200 etc. Don’t try to draw your floorplan in scale, that will only lead to weird results like oversized line thicknesses & fonts.
