Yes there’s indeed currently an issue with the newest Safari. We’re looking for a fix.
In the meantime, it is possible to add furniture, only they appear invisible on first instance. you see a small menu appearing with 3 buttons. Click the i to see where it is located. if you then click near the place where the balloon points to the object becomes visible. Far from ideal, we know, sorry for the inconvenience.
